We dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £20.
For orders under £20, standard delivery rates will be shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 2-3 working days.
You can upgrade your order to next day delivery at checkout by choosing the Tracked 24 option.

Can I send a gift direct to the recipient?

Absolutely! You can send your gift box straight to your recipient. We never include invoices inside the box.

Can I add a personalised gift message?

Yes — you can add a personalised gift message at no extra cost.

Will prices be shown in the box?

No — we do not include receipts or pricing inside our gift boxes.

How will my gift box be sent?

Our gift boxes are beautifully presented with cream paper shred inside of them to protect the contents. All boxes are sent inside outer packaging — meaning they arrive in perfect condition and are ready to gift straight away.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
