What is a letterbox gift?

A letterbox gift is a 2.5cm deep box meaning that it fits through the letterbox. This means that regardless of whether the recipient is at home, the gift can still be delivered. There’s no annoying trips to the sorting office or missed delivery cards, instead, a box of treats will be waiting on the doormat for when the recipient gets home.

Will a letterbox gift fit through every letterbox?

Letterbox gifts fit through nearly all standard letterboxes.

Do you only offer letterbox gifts?

No. Alongside our letterbox gifts we also sell a range of larger gift boxes and hampers.

Can I add a personal message or gift card to my gift?

Yes. All orders include a personalised gift note free of charge, printed on our lovely A6 gift note cards. We also offer you the option of including your gift note in a greetings card for a small extra charge at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. We can wrap your gifts in kraft paper and finished with black satin ribbon. This is perfect if you’re sending the gift direct to the recipient and want to add an extra special touch.

Can I send this gift directly to the recipient?

Yes – absolutely! At checkout please include the recipient’s address in the shipping address section.

Will you include receipts or invoices in my gift?

No invoices or receipts are ever included in our gift boxes.

How long will it take to deliver my gift?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Standard shipping is 2-3 days or you can upgrade to 24 hour tracked shipping at checkout.

How much is delivery?

Standard shipping (Royal Mail 2nd class) is free with every order or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £2.45. EU charges vary depending on the weight and size.

Where can my gift box be shipped to?

We ship across the UK and EU.

Can I order a gift set to arrive on a specific date?

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but you can add a sticker free of charge with the date you’d like the gift to be opened on. ‘No peeking until….. *your date*’. You are able to enter this date at checkout.

Do you offer customised gift hampers?

Yes. If you can’t quite find what you’re looking for on our website please get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help you create a bespoke gift.

Is there a minimum order quantity for gift boxes?

No. You can order as many or as few as you like. All come with free shipping.

What if I want to order more than one gift set?

If you would like to order more than one gift set to be delivered to multiple addresses please do get in touch and we will send you a document for you to enter your addresses into.

I have entered the shipping address wrong, what should I do?

Please just email us at amy@hallby.co.uk and we will edit your shipping details.

Do you offer corporate gifts?

Yes! We have sent gifts for many corporate clients and always enjoy working alongside the company to create gifts that suit their needs whilst working to their budget.

Can you personalise corporate gifts?

We will work with you to create a bespoke gift box that is perfect for what you’re looking for. We can add your branding and gift messages to each box too!

Can I send corporate gifts to staff that work from home?

Absolutely! You can choose whether to send your gifts direct to employee home addresses, to the workplace or a mixture of both! We work with you to make gifting as easy as possible, whilst still keeping it personal.

My gift box hasn't arrived what should I do?

Please get in touch and we will look into this for you.

Can I return my gift set if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not happy with it, you can return it to us for a full refund.
