What delivery service is used?
Standard shipping to all mainland UK addresses is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
FREE delivery on orders over £20.
Can I get my item quicker?
You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage at checkout by selecting the 'Express' shipping option.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to send all orders ordered before 2pm on the same day Monday-Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be sent on the next working day.
I've bought more than 1 gift, can I send them to different addresses?
If you require delivery to multiple addresses then please let us know in the order notes or get in touch with us.
My item didn't arrive, what shall I do?
If for any reason your item didn't arrive, please contact us at hello@hallby.co.uk and we will put it right.
Item returned to sender
Very occasionally, items are returned back to sender and we receive the item back to ourselves. This is usually due to an incomplete address or the recipient not collecting the item from the specified place Royal Mail have taken it to should they not be able to catch the recipient at home, leave it in a safe place or leave with a neighbour. If the item is returned back to us, we can re-send it to the recipient at a re-send fee of £4.95. If you would rather a refund, a £6.95 charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover postage and admin fees. Please note, we cannot refund personalised items.
