The benefits of soaking in epsom salts, dried flowers and essential oils are endless! They nourish your body from head to toe, help ease muscle pain & tension and help you sleep longer, all whilst you're breathing in the aromatherapy of all the oils helps to calm your mind, body and soul.

The sleep bath soak contains: Epsom salt, lavender buds, lavender essential oil, peppermint essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil and rosemary essential oil.

Presented in a lovely printed pouch, perfect for travelling, gifting or as a treat to yourself. 70g. Sachet is enough for 1 luxurious bath.

DIRECTIONS: POUR INTO THE FOOT END OF THE BATH UNDER WARM WATER. RELAX AND ENJOY.
