The sleep bath soak contains: Epsom salt, lavender buds, lavender essential oil, peppermint essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil and rosemary essential oil.

Presented in a lovely printed pouch, perfect for travelling, gifting or as a treat to yourself. 70g. Sachet is enough for 1 luxurious bath.

DIRECTIONS: POUR INTO THE FOOT END OF THE BATH UNDER WARM WATER. RELAX AND ENJOY.

How do the different ingredients work?
The salts provide a healing measure for your joints, aches, and pains. 
Dried rose petals are good for healing the heart, finding the joy in every day and resetting from the stored energy you may have received.
Lavender is good for calming the nervous system, relaxing and ridding yourself of anxiety.
Calendula is there for the skin; it helps with dry skin and eczema and is known for its antiseptic properties. 
Cardamom oil has anti-bacterial, anti-infection, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory properties. In essential oil form, you will get all of these benefits in a very small amount!
Lavender simply enhances the herbal properties of the dried lavender in herbal form. The essential oil is much more powerful so you get all of the healing properties amplified with the essential oil.
Rosemary essential oil is immune-boosting and detoxifying.
